Sadia Khalil did her bachelors in Information and Communication Systems Engineering from SEECS, NUST and graduated in 2013. She did her FYP "An agent based automatic back up tool using the cloud" in supervision of Dr. Peter Bloodsworth.

Currently, she is doing Master's in Information Security (IS) discipline from SEECS NUST. She has completed her course work and is now doing her thesis with Dr. Awais Shibli in the domain of cryptocurrencies. Her thesis topic is "Vulnerability Assessment of Bitcoin Architecture". Her research interests include cryptography, penetration testing and ethical hacking.

Currently, Ms. Sadia Khalil is working at KTH-SEECS AIS Lab, as a research assistant, in an ongoing funded project named “Secure and Authorized Dynamic Group Resource Management”.
